This includes assessment, recovery focused treatment planning, group and individual training, and group and individual counseling, as well providing crisis intervention if necessary. May provide clinical quality review of other's work. Provides service coordination and/or linkage to Community_Services that meet the needs of the individual patient/consumer and engages in crisis prevention and management as necessary.…
