Description of the responsibilities: This role will be responsible in supporting line processes by filling in or “flexing” to stations as needed/assigned to cover such instances as staff absences. The Utility Operators is also responsible for providing training of newly hired and existing employees to support their respective area. The Utility Operators is expected to have a mastery of all current relevant work instructions (WI) and to be able to effectively teach/train, using hands on methods, to ensure understanding and compliance per dedicated area. Utility Operators are also responsible to audit process accuracy, quality, and time standards in an effort to service the customer and Company better.…
