About this role
Ihre Aufgaben Fachliche und disziplinarische Führung des 9-köpfigen Finanzbuchhaltung-Teams Verantwortung für Hauptbuch, Debitoren-, Kreditoren- und Anlagenbuchhaltung für aktuell fünf deutsche und zwei europäische Unternehmen Sicherstellung einer ordnungsgemäßen Buchführung nach HGB und lokalen Buchhaltungsregeln Verantwortung für Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüsse Koordination der Zusammenarbeit mit Dienstleistern, Wirtschaftsprüfern, Steuerberatern und Behörden Steuerung von Abschluss-, Bilanzierungs- und Konsolidierungsprozessen Weiterentwicklung und Standardisierung der Finanzprozesse innerhalb der Unternehmensgruppe Mitwirkung an Digitalisierungs-und Organisationsprojekten Unterstützung von Liquiditäts-, Cash-Pooling- und Finanzierungsprozessen Sicherstellung der Einhaltung gese…
