About this role
At GoGlobal, the Business Applications Lead owns the internal business applications stack — CRM, ERP / finance, HRIS, and ticketing — configuring, integrating, and evolving the tools that Delivery runs on every day. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for someone who understands both how the business works and how to make SaaS platforms work for it. You will be the single point of accountability for the availability, configuration, and continuous improvement of these core platforms, translating operational needs into reliable application change while keeping access, audit, and data integrity tight.
