Role Overview The Service Governance Specialist supports the maintenance and execution of GoGlobal's service governance framework across all service lines. This role is primarily responsible for country-level Statement of Work (SoW) drafting and pricing computation, ensuring accuracy and consistency with approved governance standards. Roles & Responsibilities SoW Drafting, Pricing & Maintenance Develop country-specific SoW templates for services in response to proposal requests. Apply approved pricing methodology to calculate SoW pricing accurately and consistently across both service lines. Maintain end-to-end ownership of SoW documentation, ensuring updates to scope and pricing are reflected promptly.…
