The Training Coach II is an experienced, field-based training professional responsible for delivering, coordinating, and supporting clinical and operational training programs within the assigned market. This role facilitates onboarding, classroom instruction, and in-center training activities to ensure Training Coach and Medical Assistant (MA) learners successfully transition from training to independent active support for Providers in the market. As an individual contributor, the Training Coach II serves as an additional resource and subject matter expert for their market, who can cover MA shifts as needed.…
