About the Position
The Golden State Community Foundation is looking for a strategic, collaborative, and results-oriented Director to lead the Foundation's fundraising strategy, operational excellence, and organizational execution. In this role, you will drive philanthropic revenue growth while overseeing the operational infrastructure that enables the Foundation's community impact initiatives, signature events, and strategic partnerships.
You will lead development efforts, fundraising operations, donor stewardship, partnership engagement, organizational planning, and day-to-day Foundation operations across a diverse portfolio of programs and initiatives.…
