About this role

Goliath is looking for a senior talent and recruitment manager who combines strong judgment with the ability to get things done. You will work directly with our General Managers and leadership teams across the US, Europe and Asia. Your job is simple to describe, but important to get right: help us hire great people, identify talent and performance issues early, and make sure they are addressed . A significant share of our recruitment is in the US. Substantial hands-on experience recruiting in the US market is therefore essential. You know how to find and attract strong candidates in the US , understand compensation and candidate expectations, and can run senior searches without automatically handing them to an agency.
