We are currently looking for a new Project Lead in the development team for Belgium & The Netherlands. The development team works on multiple projects across the full lifecycle of a property, starting at identification and acquisition of strategically located properties and landbanks, over (re-)development of those sites, leasing of new builds or repurposed assets.
As a project lead, you will steer the project and its project team throughout the lifecycle of the project. It is your responsibility to advice on key business decisions, set the project objectives and key results and steer the process and project team likewise.…
