About this role

We are a mission-driven healthcare organization dedicated to improving mental health and well-being for vulnerable populations. We're seeking compassionate Mental Health Promoters (Street Outreach) in SPA 6 to provide direct support to (TAY) transitional age youth individuals experiencing homelessness, older adults (65+), and others facing barriers to mental health care and basic needs.
