Works closely with the Director of Learning and Development and partners with senior leadership to identify, plan, develop, and execute all learning and leadership development initiatives for the organization. This role carries direct ownership of GCNA’s Leadership Development Academies, multi-year learning roadmaps, and the full lifecycle of leadership programs from needs assessment through measurement and continuous improvement.…
