Gopuff is seeking a Multi-Unit Cafe Manager to join the Starbucks Operations team. We are looking for a self-starting and entrepreneurial leader. This role is an exciting and fast-paced opportunity within Gopuff that requires drive, grit, positivity, and enthusiasm for the challenge.
As a Multi-Unit Cafe Manager, you will lead a team of Lead Baristas and Baristas across two or more Starbucks licensed store locations within a market. You’ll bring previous experience in multi-site leadership within a dynamic retail or hospitality environment, understanding how to balance individual site needs with broader market-level strategy.
