Soluroc est une entreprise manufacturière en forte croissance, ayant réalisé cinq acquisitions depuis 2020. Le groupe compte présentement 4 sites de production et un siège social. Dans ce contexte, tu joues un rôle clé dans la transformation de la fonction finance : développement des membres de ton équipe, standardisation des pratiques, amélioration des processus, automatisation et intégration de nouvelles entités.
Relevant directement du VP Finance, tu diriges les opérations comptables du groupe en matière d'information financière, de consolidation et de reporting. Tu es imputable de la qualité et de la fiabilité de l'information financière ainsi que de l'évolution des pratiques comptables de l'organisation.…
