Join our team as a Housekeeper at Modello Homes! Gorman & Company is looking for a Housekeeper to join the team at Modello Homes, a 100-unit affordable housing community featuring LIHTC and Project-Based Voucher (PBV) programs. In this role, you’ll help create a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and team members by maintaining common areas, vacant apartments, and the property’s exterior. What You’ll Do Clean and maintain community common areas, including the management office, clubhouse, model apartment, laundry rooms, restrooms, hallways, and other shared spaces.
