About this role

About The J ob As a DFT Engineer in the Silicon team, you’ll work on next-generation AI designs targeted at data centre applications. You’ll define and implement DFT architecture and features, develop DFT flows and methodologies, and support their verification. Your work will span structural test vectors, test coverage, scan-based testing and ATPG, working closely with design, verification, physical design and product engineering teams. You’ll also support silicon bring-up, working with product and test engineering teams to identify silicon failures and improve yield learning. The Team and Culture The team navigates day-to-day challenges with regular sync-ups, a weekly coffee chat and plenty of informal technical discussions and knowledge-sharing sessions help everyone stay connected.…
