About the job Spend your summer turning technical knowledge into tools that help data center teams work with confidence. As a Knowledge Management and Training Project Intern, you will support the Technical Services team in Austin. You will help build clear documentation, training materials and knowledge resources for data center engineering environments. You will work with engineers, operational teams and subject matter experts to turn complex information into usable guidance. Your work will help colleagues understand current processes, onboard faster and apply information with confidence. This is a 12-week, full-time summer internship, planned for May to August.
