About this role
About the job Own the factory quality that takes Graphcore’s AI hardware from first builds into production. Based in Hsinchu or Taipei, Taiwan, you’ll be Graphcore Quality’s lead contact for assigned contract manufacturers, working regularly on site. Your ownership spans assembly, integration, inspection, test and rework, connecting factory detail with the demands of new product introduction. By closing critical risks before build milestones, you’ll help teams ramp production with controls they can trust. You’ll turn yield, defect and rework trends into targeted improvements that strengthen manufacturing performance and prevent recurring quality issues.…
