Salary Range: PLN 350,000 - 474,000 PLN Subject to alignment to the responsibilities and duties of the role About the job As a Staff Software Engineer in the Collectives Team, you’ll drive the design and development of the Collectives Communication Library. The library provides communication primitives optimised for high bandwidth and low latency at very high scale. You’ll lead development of the library for new AI hardware accelerators, working across design, implementation, testing and documentation. You’ll collaborate with other teams to develop new features, troubleshoot complex technical issues and integrate new hardware with the existing AI ecosystem. You’ll also mentor engineers and help drive technical excellence across the team.…
