This position would supervise Phlebotomists and Lab Assistants Scheduled Hours: Day Shift Job Description: A Brief Overview Provides supervision and leadership for assigned staff and plays an integral role in laboratory operations, including but not limited to hiring, disciplinary action, discharging, scheduling, assigning work, and recognition. Performs tests and procedures following established guidelines and predetermined criteria. Identifies problems that may adversely affect test performance and/or results and uses knowledge, critical thinking skills, and judgment to troubleshoot and resolve them.
