This role will support one of our new clinics opening this fall (anticipated October 1, 2026). The expected start date for this position will fall between August 25 and September 8, 2026 , allowing time for onboarding and hands‑on training at our Hudson and Spring Hill clinics prior to opening. About the Role As a Referral Coordinator, you keep patients moving through their care journey. You own the referral process end‑to‑end—making sure every referral is accurate, authorized, scheduled, and communicated clearly.
