About this role

The Role The Fulfillment and Logistics Supervisor will oversee the day-to-day processing and shipping operations for products manufactured at GTI, including the creation, scheduling, and tracking of outbound product delivery appointments. Responsibilities: Ensure all order discrepancies (overage, shortage, damage, quality issues, invoicing adjustments, etc.) are recorded in the 3-way match log by end of business the day of delivery. Performs daily routing of vehicles to various customer and company locations throughout the service area while maintaining compliance with both DOT rules and regulations and achieving a high level of customer satisfaction. Works closely with Production, Inventory, and Sales Departments to meet objectives and address service-related issues.…
