The Role The Human Resources Business Partner plays a critical role on Green Thumb’s People Team where our focus is all about our clients, our very own Green Thumb employees. This is a hands-on role that will primarily support the HR Business Partners in the interpretation, implementation and execution of the People team initiatives, programs, and policies in the day-to-day operations to ensure compliance with regulations, drive employee engagement and foster a positive work environment.
