This is a Legal Counsel role providing practical legal support across the business, with a focus on renewable energy and infrastructure projects in Ireland. The role includes drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial agreements, advising on legal and regulatory matters, supporting employment law issues, managing legal risks, liaising with external advisers in Ireland and the UK, and assisting with governance, compliance and business initiatives.…
