About this role
About Grimco is a wholesale sign supply distributor with about 45 locations across North America and a UK subsidiary, Multipanel UK. Our nine-person IT Infrastructure team supports roughly 1,000 endpoints and 200 servers, plus the networks that connect every branch. You will work alongside experienced engineers on Microsoft 365, Windows, Intune, Active Directory and Meraki networking. Interns get real tickets, real users and a mentor, not busywork. Under the guidance of senior team members, you will: • Respond to help desk tickets by phone, email, chat and in person, and document each step in the ticketing system. • Troubleshoot common Windows, Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Teams, OneDrive, SharePoint) and printer issues for users at headquarters and remote branches.…
