Key Responsibilities Delivery Management: Ensure the quality of deliverables and adherence to deadlines established in collaboration with the Product Owner, while managing risks and adjusting plans as necessary. Agile Leadership: Act as an Agile facilitator and guardian of the methodology. Ensure the team respects Agile principles while remaining flexible to adapt when necessary. Impediment Removal: Proactively identify and remove technical, organizational, or communication obstacles that slow down the team.
