About the role
Grüns is scaling fast, and looking to bring on the next Associate, Finance and Strategy team member. This role owns the operating cadence that keeps the business honest: monthly business reviews, variance analysis, budgeting, and the models leadership and investors actually trust. You'll work directly with our Head of Finance to take ownership of core financial infrastructure, freeing up senior bandwidth for the bigger strategic bets.
