About the role Grüns is opening a second warehouse facility and we need a sharp, people-first HR Manager to help us do it right. This role is the on-the-ground HR presence across two facilities: our Pennsylvania site (home base) and our Roanoke, TX location. You'll own the full employee lifecycle, from onboarding and payroll to employee relations and recruiting, while building the systems that help both facilities run at a high level as we scale.
