About the role
Grüns is growing fast and we need people who think clearly, move quickly, and help us stay ahead of the curve as we scale. This is a role for someone who wants to be in the room where it happens — not just supporting the work, but driving it. As a Strategy & Analytics Associate, you'll be the analytical engine behind some of our biggest growth bets — embedded inside the business, not above it. You'll own problems end-to-end, from framing the question to driving the answer into action. This role reports directly to our Director of BizOps and sits at the center of how Grüns makes decisions.…
