About this role
En Capptus Edge buscamos un Project Manager & Operations Lead que sea el dueño del sistema operativo de la agencia.
Serás responsable de asegurar la correcta ejecución de proyectos, la asignación eficiente de recursos, el uso disciplinado de Certinia como fuente única de verdad, y una operación administrativa fluida (time tracking, facturación y cierres).
Este rol es clave para escalar la operación sin perder control ni rentabilidad y será el AI Champion, impulsando automatización y mejora continua.
