About this role

Important IT company At the Latin American level, growth requires: HRIS Analyst 5+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a University degree, or 3+ years of experience in Workday reporting and analytics with a master’s degree, preferably within an HR function. Hands-on expertise with Workday Advanced, Matrix, Composite, and Trending Reports; Advanced Calculated Fields; Discovery Boards; Storyboards; Worksheets; and Workday Prism Analytics. Demonstrated ability to independently troubleshoot complex Workday reporting issues, validate data accuracy, and recommend scalable technical solutions. Strong understanding of HR data structures, business processes, and reporting best practices. Solid experience with Workday Prism Analytics, Security, and Data Governance.…
