About this role

Printer SME is responsible for driving efficiency, automation, and innovation in enterprise print environments. This role focuses on optimizing print infrastructure, reducing physical printer footprint, enabling cloud-based printing, and supporting cost-effective Managed Print Services (MPS) operations. Requirements Key Responsibilities: Technical Ownership o Provide expert-level support for printer hardware (HP, Canon) and print management platforms (e.g., LRS, uniFLOW). o Lead automation initiatives for driver deployment, firmware updates, and print queue management.
