At GTT , our Service Assurance Team manages and maintains GTT's international network, delivering exceptional support to customers worldwide. As an Operations Engineer, Network Solutions you will be responsible for troubleshooting network issues, managing incidents through resolution, and ensuring a stable, resilient, and high-performing network environment. What You'll Be Doing Provide break/fix support across GTT's global network. Own and drive incidents through to successful resolution. Perform technical validation, troubleshooting, and escalation management. Work closely with customers, vendors, and internal teams to resolve service issues.
