About this role

Job Description: Shifts: 5 PM - 2 AM or 6 PM - 3 AM ( Night Shifts ) Key Responsibilities Manage end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle including requisition creation, onboarding, extensions, transfers, and offboarding. Coordinate with hiring managers, vendors, HR, procurement, and finance teams to ensure smooth worker onboarding and compliance. Track contractor data and maintain accurate records in workforce management systems. Review, administer, and monitor contingent worker and supplier contracts. Track contract milestones, renewals, amendments, and expiration dates. Ensure adherence to contractual obligations and procurement policies. Collaborate with procurement, and business teams for contract governance. Ensure compliance with procurement policies and approval workflows.…
