Senior Analyst FP&A & Oracle

Job Description: The Senior Analyst Expense Allocations will reside within the Corporate FP&A area of Guardian and oversee developing and maintaining the automated allocation of direct and indirect costs for planning and actuals. This position will gather, analyze, and determine the required data inputs and processes for the systems that perform automated allocation of costs. This person will need to have technical experience in the Oracle allocation module PCMCS, as well as driver-based allocations, and data load rules and mappings. This role will support Corporate Finance reporting in compliance with Statutory Insurance and act as corporate liaison with Business and Functional Areas key expense management personnel.…
