About this role

Summary Guardsquare is looking for an R&D Team Lead to join us in our Leuven office and lead one of our Leuven based iXGuard (C++/LLVM) teams. In this role you will be responsible for a team of about 5 to 7 C++/LLVM compiler engineers working within an agile software development environment. The ideal candidate started their career technically and has a good understanding of software engineering within a high-tech start/scale-up, and grew into or is now ready for a team lead role. Your key responsibilities will be: Own the results delivered by your team. You lead day-to-day development; assign tasks, track progress, ensure timely delivery and high quality.
