About this role

Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account Receivables Clerk to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with inquiries, and maintaining accurate records. This position will work closely with the Finance team based in Greece. Shift Timing – 11:00 am IST to 7:30 pm IST What You’ll Do: Collections: Make outbound collection calls/emails professionally while maintaining and improving customer relations. Collect customer payments in accordance with payment due dates. Customer Service: Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and questions, applying good customer service promptly.
