About this role

Gunderson Dettmer has an opening for a Business Acceptance Analyst . Under the direction of the Conflicts Attorney and the firm’s Office of General Counsel, and working closely with the New Business Acceptance and New Business Intake Departments, the Business Acceptance Analyst drafts the firm’s engagement letters, maintains ongoing consultation with firm partners, and drafts conflicts waivers for new legal engagements and matters the firm is pursuing. Job Responsibilities Draft and review firm engagement letters, conflict waiver letters, outside counsel guidelines. Prioritize and manage a high volume of emails and other communications related to conflicts and new client engagements.
