Position Summary: This position provides leadership and oversight for the design of all technical and operational functions of the hospital-based simulations. The role is responsible for managing simulation technologies, simulation software, equipment maintenance, operational staff, and facility resources to support high-quality educational, clinical, and research activities. This includes low to high fidelity patient simulators and Elsevier generated simulation cases using Standardized Patients and Standardized Technical Communicators. This position collaborates with faculty, administrators, and external partners to ensure effective delivery of simulation-based learning experiences while maintaining compliance with institutional and accreditation standards.…
