About this role

Responsibilities Manage enterprise SaaS and DaaS applications, including configuration, upgrades, integrations and operational support. Administer Windows and macOS endpoints, covering provisioning, patching, OS upgrades, software deployment and testing. Develop and maintain automation scripts and tooling to improve endpoint provisioning, software deployment, monitoring and overall operational efficiency. Execute full lifecycle system administration and take ownership of application onboarding, upgrades and system consolidations, ensuring timelines, quality and stakeholder communication. Support platform and application integrations with SSO, SAML, OAuth and directory services, enabling seamless access and interoperability across applications.…
