Due to internal progression, we're looking for a Department Manager to join our Bond Street Flagship store in NYC. This is a leadership role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced retail environment, loves developing people, and has the commercial mindset to drive performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience. As a Department Manager, you'll lead from the front, owning the performance, culture, and day-to-day operations of your area while helping shape the future of Team Gymshark.
