OVERVIEW:
Working within the Tech Delivery team this Scrum Master role exists to create the conditions for teams to deliver value at pace through strong collaboration and continuous improvement.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING:
Facilitate Agile Ceremonies: such as stand-ups, planning, retrospectives, and reviews to maintain momentum and foster continuous improvement.
Team Planning & Prioritisation: Support the team in estimating, forecasting, tracking, and delivering priorities, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Workflow: Oversee the daily flow of work items, ensuring progression from backlog to delivery, using flow metrics where appropriate to enhance predictability and efficiency.…
