Are you looking to provide 1:1 care while seeing all your patients under one roof? H2 Health Prime Living has the pleasure to provide care as an Occupational Therapist to luxury senior living communities in Arvada and Lowry! This position will evaluate and treat a primarily geriatric caseload 1:1 with a mix of general orthopedic conditions, vestibular rehab, neurologic movement disorders, ADLs, and cognitive decline. The therapist must be able to work independently and in teams and make appropriate decisions based on each patient's functional needs.
