Position Summary The Remote Monitoring Specialist I is an entry-level role within Hach Global Services team, responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimizing Data & Analytics software and associated instrumentation. The Global Services team provides expert guidance, actionable insights, and practical recommendations to maximize operating efficiency of water systems through remote data collection and analysis. This role supports multiple global customers and collaborates with Project Managers and cross-functional teams to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds expectations.
