Job Description: LORO is where Asian smokehouse meets Texas barbecue, created by James Beard Award winners Tyson Cole of Uchi and Aaron Franklin of Franklin Barbecue. Our Heights spot has a big dog friendly patio, a lively bar, boozy slushees, and guests who tend to stay awhile. We're looking for an Assistant General Manager to work side by side with our General Manager, keep service running smoothly, and lead our front of house team.
