Job Description: Uchi Salt Lake City is coming soon, and we’re building our opening team now! We’re hiring an experienced Pastry Sous Chef for a permanent, full time role based in Salt Lake City, UT. If you want to help launch a restaurant with an award-winning group, and you care about craft, learning, and having a good time along the way, we’d love to hear from you. Annual Salary: $75,000 to $80,000 , depending on experience. Uchi Salt Lake City is coming soon! Ahead of opening, selected candidates will temporarily relocate to one of our existing Uchi markets for paid training, with travel and lodging provided, before relocating permanently to Salt Lake City. Training may take place in markets such as Austin, Denver, Scottsdale, West Hollywood, or other Uchi locations.…
