Night (United States of America) Charge Registered Nurse- Pediatric Intensive Care Unit The Charge Nurse provides supervision and leadership to assigned nursing care unit for the shift worked. Are accountable for all the nursing activities in assigned area which includes, but is not limited to, the effective delivery of safe, competent, compassionate and efficient care. This position requires the ensuring that care is provided in a multidisciplinary approach. The Charge Nurse completes staffing and nursing assignments for current and oncoming shift and participates in hourly rounding and ensures compliance of same.…
