About this role

Day (United States of America) Hospice Liaison Promotes Halifax Health, Health services (hospice, palliative and supportive care) in the community through educational in-services. Serves as a liaison with physicians’ offices, health care facilities, hospitals and community groups. Provides education regarding continuum of care services (i.e. hospice, palliative and supportive care). JOB QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge of Hospice philosophy of care. Medicare conditions of participation; State of Florida regulations governing hospice; hospice operations and sales and marketing. Healthcare experience, medical sales and marketing experience preferred. Good written, verbal and public speaking skills required. Possession of valid Florida driver license and clear driving record.…
