Day (United States of America) Oncology Pharmacist The Oncology Pharmacist provides specialized pharmaceutical care to patients receiving chemotherapy, immunotherapy, targeted agents, and other complex cancer treatments. This role is responsible for verifying antineoplastic regimens, managing supportive care, preventing and resolving medication-related problems, and ensuring safe preparation and handling of hazardous drugs. Working collaboratively with oncologists, nurses, and the interdisciplinary care team, the Oncology Pharmacist supports optimal, evidence based therapy, enhances patient outcomes, and promotes medication safety throughout the oncology service line.…
