Security Dispatcher

Variable (United States of America) Security Dispatcher This individual answers and dispatches incoming calls to appropriate department. Monitors all surveillance cameras and alarm systems while assisting the security officers as required. - High School Diploma or GED equivalent required - Answer all incoming calls for Environmental Services (E.S.). - Dispatch all E.S. calls. - Enter and close out E.S. work orders daily in the FSI work order system. - Answer all incoming Security and Emergency calls. - Dispatch all Security calls and enter them into the Security Dispatching Program. - Monitor all surveillance cameras and V.C.R.’s. - Monitor all alarm systems in the Dispatch Center and ensure that they are all in good working order. - Report any equipment malfunction to supervisor.…
