Position Summary The Project Manager, Transition & Activation is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing the operational transition of healthcare facilities during new construction, renovations, expansions, and replacement hospital projects. This position ensures clinical and support departments are prepared to occupy new or renovated spaces safely, efficiently, and with minimal disruption to patient care. This role serves as the bridge between design and construction teams, operational readiness team, and hospital operations from design through occupancy and post-move stabilization.
